The decanting process involves assessing residents’ housing needs and preferences and we will do our utmost to make sure the properties they move to take account of this. More information regarding temporary and permanent decanting can be found in the Community Lettings and Estate Management Plan. You can also contact your Housing Officer or Leasehold Property Manager.
Tenants who have had to move off the estate temporarily will have the automatic right to return if that is their wish. If you change your mind you will need to notify the Redevelopment Team as soon as possible. You will be asked to sign a ‘Right to Return Waiver’ form and any other necessary documents.
