Total Life Family Coaching

Total Family Coaching is a registered charity in England. They provide trauma-informed holistic family support and coaching to vulnerable families and parents and deliver evidence-based parenting programs to parents on 1:1 and group settings. Their Triple P Programme (POSITIVE PARENTING PROGRAM) is delivered between 8-12 weeks either in groups or 1-2-1.

The programme aims to build positive relationships between parents and their children. It helps parents develop different ways of coping and strategies for dealing with a variety of child problems in an individual or supportive group atmosphere. Separated into 2 main age groups 0-12 and Teen, following completion of the groups, parents may be offered ongoing support when needed.
