The project aims to support ex-offenders who are in employment to 'level up'. Levelling up could be anything from an increase in wages, a change in contractual hours, promotion to a change in shift pattern, change in location or the consideration of a client's religious beliefs. Whatever makes the client's job 'better' for them, Level up aims to support them with it, hopefully improving their employment situation.

Eligibility: Ex-offenders who have been employed for at least months with at least 16 hours of work per week. Can take on young people outside of this criteria if there is space available.
