Fire safety information

The Responsible Person for your building according to the Fire Safety (Regulatory Reform) Act is Notting Hill Genesis (Bruce Kenrick House, 2 Killick Street, London, N1 9FL).

NHG employ Savills (33 Margaret Street, London W1G 0JD) to complete a Fire Risk Assessment of your building every year.

The regulator asks us to apply for a building assessment certificate every 5 years - or sooner if they choose - so that they can check we’re managing the building safely.

The regulator hasn’t asked us to apply for a certificate yet – we’ll update you when they do.
