We hope that updating this site with new information as it becomes available will address most of your frequently asked questions without having to wait for the monthly newsletter, and mean you have to spend less time chasing the onsite team and others for updates.
Please pop into the concierge’s office with any queries or concerns you may have. The team is onsite every Wednesday and often on Tuesdays as well. Please email if there is a particular day/time you’d like to meet, otherwise just drop in on one of these days. You can pop in any time between 9am and 5pm.
Following positive feedback from residents, we’ll also schedule further opportunities for you to learn more about our plans and ask us any questions.
The monthly newsletter will continue and will include updates on both the short and long-term remedial works. We’ll aim to issue the newsletter at the start of each month.
