Dear Residents
The crash deck removal work will begin from Friday 1/12/23 from 10:00 till 15:00 and continue again on Saturday 2/12/23 from 08:00 till 16:30.
The works will be carried out in the area pictured below between elevation 3 (Ruby/Amber) and car park ramp. Vehicles will not be able to access Warton House during above times.

Dear Residents
Ardmore and their subcontractor will be on site this Saturday the 4th of November to remove the access tower and all scaffold handrails to the low-level riverside elevation of Sapphire Court/Lapis Mews. They will also remove and stack neatly all roof materials ready for moving to next working area for the start of the curtain wall works.
Please see photos below, first photo is the access tower which allows access/material transfer into the courtyard. This will be removed.
Second photo is of the roof materials that will be dismantled and transferred to the next working area.
Third Photo is of the handrails which will also be removed.

We would like to inform you that there will be some works carried out on Saturday 19th August 2023 to install the hoarding around the scaffold on Block C/D (Elevation 2 – Warton Road side).
Please see photo below of the area where the hoarding will be installed, which will only involve a team of 1 Manager from Ardmore and 2 handymen that will be working on site.

We would like to inform all residents that the 2 loading bays on elevation 3 of Block C/D/E (as shown in photo above) will be suspended whilst cladding remediation works are carried out in this location. The loading bays will remain suspended until 10th October 2023 when the scaffold is programmed to be removed from Elevation 3. Vehicle access to courtyard and Warton House is still open and will not be impacted by the scaffold erection.
