Warton House
The Scaffold Design process is currently being completed for Warton House and the Programme of works has been issued.
Works to Warton House will commence in November 2024 and are anticipated to be completed by June 2025.
Halo Tower
The works to Halo Tower have started and Scaffold Gantry/Mast Climbers are being built around the building in preparation for the external remedial works in line with the original scope of works.
Given the industry changes brought about by the Building Safety Act 2022 and the introduction of FRAEWs it was agreed that this block should be subject to that review and a full FRAEW should be completed for the building.
Following the completion of the FRAEW, the contractor is working on providing a full proposal for the recommended Remediation Strategy. This process involves further investigation of the fire suppression systems in the building such as Sprinkler System.
Once the investigations and full review has been completed for the building, the contractor Ardmore Construction Limited will produce a full proposal of the remediation works which will need to be reviewed by NHG fire risk assessors and fire engineers for their advice and sign off
