Authority of representation allows you to appoint someone to represent you when dealing with Notting Hill Genesis (NHG). This person can be anyone, such as a friend or family member.
Once you appoint a representative, we will communicate with them about matters concerning your relationship with NHG depending on the options you choose. The main categories that can be discussed include:

- Appointing a representative does not prevent you from contacting Notting Hill Genesis directly if you wish to do so.

To appoint a representative, please fill in the form below and sign it. You can then submit the form by either emailing it to your local officer or sending it to the address provided on the form.
