We are inviting residents to get involved in our latest website feedback session. We want to hear your thoughts and ideas on how we can make your online experience even better.
Your new website was launched last year and we reviewed, rebuilt, and streamlined the content and structure to make the site more useful and easier to navigate. The website was reorganised with residents at the heart, featuring a new navigation structure that links together content with a focus on what you're trying to find.
One year on, we want to hear directly from residents about your experience. Has the new structure made it easier to find what you need? Are there features you'd like to see added? Your insights will help shape the next phase of improvements.
Session details
The session will be relaxed and informal. You will have the opportunity to:
- Tell us what works well for you
- Highlight areas that could be improved
- Share your ideas for new features
- Help other residents by making the website more user-friendly
