
As part of our new resident involvement model at Notting Hill Genesis, we have introduced regional residents’ meetings as a chance for you to hear key messages, speak to local housing teams and take part in conversations around improving the services that are most important to you.
Our south and central London residents’ meeting will take place on:

- Customer Experience (complaints, insight, engagement)
On arrival, you’ll be allocated time slots to speak to the staff you choose so you can make the most of your session.
