In December 2024, we held our final regional resident meeting of the year at our head office in Kings Cross. We were delighted to meet and engage with residents, mostly from the local area, to hear their concerns, help to resolve issues and consult on important changes to rent setting and policies.
Residents took the opportunity to speak to colleagues from all areas of the organisation including repairs, planned works, building safety, service charges, rent, cleaning and gardening, housing and leasehold, and our complaints and customer experience teams.
Thank you to all the residents who attended this session. Your feedback is already helping us to better understand the resident experience and improve the services we provide to you. Residents gave their feedback about the evening, some of which is below:

We are committed to continue to provide opportunities for residents to meet with staff members from across Notting Hill Genesis. The dates of the next regional resident meetings are:
- 4 March 2025 – south and central regions (location TBC) – 5.30 – 7.30pm
- 4 June 2025 – east region (location TBC) – 5.30 – 7.30pm
