A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of taking part in my first ever podcast with HQN, alongside Martin Wood, head of capital investment at Platform Housing Group. The discussion centered around contract management, a subject I'm particularly passionate about from my previous experience in the field.
Contract management is integral throughout our business, playing a key role in how many of us work day to day. I was able to share insights about this, particularly focusing on estate services.
