As part of our new resident involvement model at Notting Hill Genesis, we have introduced regional residents’ meetings as a chance for you to hear key messages, speak to local housing teams and take part in conversations around improving the services that are most important to you.

Spaces are limited to 50 residents, so book your space below to avoid disappointment. This session is a drop-in, so you can arrive at any time to speak to colleagues from the below areas:
- Service charges
- Repairs
- Building Safety
- Planned works
- Estate services (cleaning/ gardening)
- Housing and customer experience teams
On arrival, you’ll be allocated time slots to speak to the staff you choose so you can make the most of your session.
