We’re delighted to announce that we won the building safety initiative of the year at the ASCP Safety and Compliance awards on Wednesday 12 June.
We’re so pleased that our hard work has been recognised.
For the award submission we presented how we improved the design construction and management of higher risk buildings as a result of the Building Safety Act. This includes how we have improved the management of our buildings.
We’ve put a huge amount of work into our Golden Thread programme to create tools to help us compile our safety cases and to give teams across the organisation better access to asset data.
This has been a collaborative effort which has changed how we think about managing our building data. With teams having better access to data and better understanding of the buildings they manage, we can help our residents be safer and feel safer in their homes.
All of this helps us manage our buildings better and goes towards helping keep residents safe.
