In line with requirements of the UK general data protection regulation (GDPR), we are informing residents about a change to how your personal data held on our My Account housing management platform will be processed from Monday 9 December 2024.
The change has no impact on you or the services you receive from Notting Hill Genesis and you do not need to take any action in response.
From Monday 9 December, Notting Hill Genesis will continue as the data controller and owner, but a new company – Neo Proptech – will be responsible for processing the data. The personal data Neo Proptech will process includes your:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Next of kin information
- National insurance number
- Tenancy reference
It does not include any bank or credit card details.
Neo Proptech Ltd is a specialist software development company owned jointly by Notting Hill Genesis and Neotech Solutions Ltd. From Monday 9 December 2024, Neo Proptech will be maintaining the digital platform that underpins My Account, the online system we use to manage various aspects of your tenancy or leasehold.
Your data will continue to be protected under GDPR and Neo Proptech Ltd are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.
