We welcomed the mayor of Hounslow to our development at Lampton Parkside to officially re-open Lampton Parkside Café, a fantastic facility for residents and the local community.
To help ensure Lampton Parkside is a fantastic place to live, we’ve worked with the owner of the existing café to revamp the space, which now provides a better service for our residents and the local community. We helped Mumtaz Ali redesign the café to encourage more people to use it and turn it into a real hub. There are now rooms available that the community can hire, and the space has been totally transformed.
We’ve also supported with branding, meaning Lampton Parkside Café has a new vision and logo, as well as a much stronger website and social media presence. Best of all, residents living at Lampton Parkside will enjoy a 10% discount in the café all year round.
Councillor Raghwinder Siddhu, mayor of Hounslow, came down to cut the ribbon and welcomed residents and other members of the community. In his speech he said, “It’s wonderful to see that both developers, Notting Hill Genesis and The Hill Group, are working together to honour the heritage of the Grade II listed buildings here, while also bringing forward new and affordable homes for local people, as well as important amenities like the newly refurbished Lampton Parkside Café.
“I’m sure that it will be a great contribution to the local area, and one that is sure to become a thriving hub for the local community.”
